Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed and SHIPPED, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. However, if you contact us and your order have NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET, we'll gladly help you cancel your order.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

How long does delivery take?

We're thrilled to partner with Sweden's best shipping courier, PostNord, to bring you a top-notch delivery experience. With our trackable shipping, you'll know exactly where your package is from start to finish. Enjoy fast shipping times of just 1-4 business days (Domestic Shipping) and 2-6 business days (International Shipping). I have not received an order confirmation?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If you still can't find the email, we recommend that you double-check the spam folder.

Want to make a return?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at onecap.se@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with information on how and where to deliver your package. Items returned to us without first arranging a return will not be accepted.

When a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return freight of the item to our office in Katrineholm, Sweden. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We thoroughly inspect the item upon arrival, and if it meets the requirements, we will arrange for a refund for the full amount of the order.

If you are shipping back an item to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
