Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
We completely understand that sometimes you may change your mind - it happens to all of us.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or modify it. However, if you contact us before your order has been shipped, we will gladly assist you with cancelling the order.
If the item(s) you receive are not quite what you expected, you are always welcome to exchange them for another style or return them for a refund according to our return policy.
Pre-Order
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order that you place for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to the customer once available. Pre-orders allow you to order products before they are available.
Whether the product is out-of-stock or soon to be launched, pre-orders act as a kind of reservation that guarantees you access to it, at its earliest possible availability.
How do I place a pre-order?
- To reserve a product marked with the “pre-order” ribbon, simply add it to your shopping cart.
- You can pre-order an item up to the scheduled release date and time. However, you may not receive the item on the listed release date if the order is placed less than 8 days before the release date.
- After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing an order reference number.
How long does the pre-order shipping take?
Delivery time may vary for pre-ordered items but is generally within 7-60 business days.

Klarna invoice will be sent out when the package leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you.
NOTE: Green verification mark on the product variant means that the item can be delivered within 1-3 working days.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How long does delivery take?

Enjoy fast shipping times of just 1-4 business days (Domestic Shipping) and 2-6 business days (International Shipping). I have not received an order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If you still can't find the email, we recommend that you double-check the spam folder.
Want to make a return?
The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item. To be eligible, your item must also be:
- In its original condition (unworn or unused)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
TO START A RETURN: please email us at onecap.se@outlook.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important Warning: Items returned without approval will not be accepted!
When your return is authorized, you are responsible for the shipping costs. A return fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping and handling. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For your security, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package and are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Want to exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If you’ve already placed your order and it hasn’t been shipped yet, we can of course help you change it - just contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it in time.
