We offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at onecap.se@outlook.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior arrangement will not be accepted. When a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our office in Katrineholm, Sweden. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will inspect the returned item thoroughly, and if it meets the return criteria, we will process a full refund.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning an item. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item and are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your item upon arrival and inform us immediately if any products are defective, damaged, or wrong. We will assess the problem and correct it as quickly and easily as possible!

 
Important Notice Regarding VAT and Customs Charges for Non-EU Residents

Please be aware that residents of non-EU countries may incur additional VAT and customs charges, which are not covered by us.

 
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
