When your return is authorized, you are responsible for the shipping costs. A return fee of 59 SEK will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping and handling. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For your security, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package and are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current purchase. Once your return has been processed, simply place a new order for the desired item.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at onecap.se@outlook.com. so we can resolve the issue quickly.
VAT & Customs Charges (Non-EU Residents)
If you are ordering from outside the EU, please be aware that additional VAT and customs charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by OneCap.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers within the European Union:
In line with EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. Items must still meet the return requirements listed above (unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.
- The 59 SEK return fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

To keep your cap looking fresh and holding its shape, we recommend gentle care - especially for velvet and mesh panels.
How to clean
- Spot clean only: Use a soft cloth or soft brush with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap.
- Be gentle on velvet: Brush lightly in one direction to protect the texture and avoid flattening.
- Clean the mesh carefully: Dab and wipe - don’t scrub hard, as mesh can snag or lose structure.
- Rinse lightly: Wipe with a clean damp cloth to remove soap residue.

- Air dry only (never tumble dry).
- Reshape the cap and let it dry naturally.
- Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources (radiators, hair dryers), which can fade velvet and weaken nylon.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed and SHIPPED, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. However, if you contact us and your order have NOT BEEN SHIPPED YET, we'll gladly help you cancel your order.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.
Pre-Order
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order that you place for an item that hasn't been released or is not currently in stock. They're shipped to the customer once available. Pre-orders allow you to order products before they are available.
Whether the product is out-of-stock or soon to be launched, pre-orders act as a kind of reservation that guarantees you access to it, at its earliest possible availability.
How do I place a pre-order?
- To reserve a product marked with the “pre-order” ribbon, simply add it to your shopping cart.
- You can pre-order an item up to the scheduled release date and time. However, you may not receive the item on the listed release date if the order is placed less than 8 days before the release date.
- After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing an order reference number.
How long does the pre-order shipping take?
Delivery time may vary for pre-ordered items but is generally within 7-60 business days.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If you still can't find the email, we recommend that you double-check the spam folder.
Want to make a return?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. When a return is approved, the customer is responsible for the return freight of the item to our office in Katrineholm, Sweden. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We thoroughly inspect the item upon arrival, and if it meets the requirements, we will arrange for a refund for the full amount of the order.
If you are shipping back an item to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
